ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative Eric Martinez Insurance & Financial Services, Inc., you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
- Assist clients with insurance claims.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- 1+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses in insurance.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
