As our Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be the steady, friendly point of contact clients count on—delivering clear answers, proactive follow-up, and an experience that keeps customers with us for years.
We’re looking for someone empathetic, organized, and service-minded—with room to grow into expanded responsibilities for driven, sales-minded team members.
What you’ll do
- Be the go-to resource for clients by answering questions, resolving concerns, and following through to completion
- Update and maintain client records with accuracy and consistency
- Support customer retention through proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Coordinate with our team to ensure clients receive timely help with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage needs
- Assist clients through the claims process with professionalism and care
- Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional insurance and financial services solutions when appropriate
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills (you can explain things clearly and confidently)
- Calm, solutions-first approach—especially in high-stress situations
- High attention to detail and follow-through (you finish what you start)
- 1+ year experience in insurance and/or financial services preferred (customer service backgrounds welcome)
- Insurance license(s) required (please specify what you hold—P&C/Life/Health)

- I am a second generation State Farm Agent opening my agency in 2010 with State Farm experience since 2001.
- I am a proud husband & father of three boys.
- Being involved and giving back to our community is very important to me and our agency. I am a Claremont Chamber of Commerce, former Claremont Little League Board Member and proud sponsor of the Claremont High School football, baseball, basketball and track programs.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
